Living together

Certainly we live together in the world — in this book, it says that each person is caught in his own mind world. I always had so many thoughts and I was trying to figure out how could I live without thinking. I now understand that this resulted in even more deep imprisonment in my own mind world. What if I really die this way? I definitely agree that we should throw away the thoughts, not just live without thinking!!
