Even the title of this book is full of hope for the world. He explains why we shouldn’t wait until after we die to go to the forever living world. I think I’m in the world to be stressed out for 70 or 80 years and then die? That’s really why I’m here? The only thing that has to happen is to completely throw away my false human mind world. What the author says is simple. In our mind is where we live and die. It is impossible to see and live in the eternal true world when I try looking from a self-centered viewpoint. It’s like trying to see the sky when I am buried deep in an underground well. So I simply have to discard my “pictures” of the world. I am living in a world that only I know. That is why I feel my life is lonely, full of stress and futile. The only reason we are all here is to one day live forever. It is our one original foundation that is what’s real, not this transient experience that I called “my life.” This book not only teaches but inspires.

Eternal life, heaven, hell, truth – I only knew the vague meaning before but it was this book that taught me the true meaning of those words. I dare to dream of a world where we really can all become one as this book says!

When my friend gave this book to me, the first thing I recognized was that the author Woo Myung is was awarded a Mahatma Gandhi Peace Prize, because I always respected Gandhi. Since I always had certain interest in minds, I just started to read it. As I went through the book, I felt that the question I had in my mind – whether this world that I’m living in right now is a fake world like Matrix – was resolved with clear answer. And I thought, who is this person to write such a book? I kept reading the book repeatedly, and now there are things that I understand, and things that are yet not too clear. So I’m wondering about and wanting to try meditation the author has founded. I would also like to meet the author and resolve the rest of my questions.

The title attracted me and made me think ‘There might be something!’ at the first time. Even though I couldn’t understand 100% of the author’s message yet, this book made me have new viewpoints of truth which was clear and sensational. I think this book has more meaning which I couldn’t catch yet. I’d like to keep reading this book through my life and believe that it can help me to know what the truth itself is.

I’ve heard great things about this book and have been waiting for the English version of the book to come out for some time now. Although the book received outstanding reviews, actually reading it myself actualizes its highly reviewed claims. Author Woo Myung is very direct when speaking about truth and since my practice of cleansing my mind, the depth of understanding his book is phenomenal. Anyone who seeks truth, what is real, and the meaning of one’s life will find direct information here.

I wanted to live happily, but the happiness was not near, no matter what I did. I was fearful and scared: “How long would I live with hardship?” I found this book when I had such worries. As I read page by page, I was able to come out of despair and found the strength for happiness within me. I did not understand the mind that I had; through systematic explanation, it was easy to understand. I would really like to meet the author who gave me hope.

Whenever I was inspired by verses or ideas in books I read, I would use them as my motto and thought of their meaning as I lived. This book, especially, has many inspirational messages I identify with. Probably this is the book which I most often quoted in my notebook. I recommend this book to people who seek the motto of life in books.
